' 'Ihis confirms an agreernent between Padiation Management 03rporation PRESIDENT (RMC) and Metropolitan Edison Ccrnpany, wherein IBC agrees to furnish certain services to nuclear generation stations operated by Metro-politan niison 02npany. 'Ihese services comprise a program that is identified by IBC as an Energency pvlical Assistance Program (D1AP). With regard to 'Ihree Mile Island Nuclear Station, the E4AP contains the following provisions:
1.
Semi-annual review of plant procedures, equignent and supplies and hospital procedures; one of these audits will be in conjunction with (7.) below; 2.
'IWenty-four-hour-peMy availability of expert consul-tation on management of radiation acciaants; 3.
Avai1ahility of Bioassay Iaboratory for evaluation of radiaticn arriaants; radlaLan 4.
