NRC IE Bulletin 80-15, "Possible Loss of Emergency Notification System (ENS) with Loss of Offsite Power" With reference to the subject IE Bulletin, we have determined that this bulletin does not apply to our low-enriched fuel fabrication plant, since there is no regulatory requirement for us to have at our plant the type of system referred to in this bulletin and therefore we do not have such a system here.
