Dear Parties:
This letter.is to confirm the conversation that I had with most of you on July 2 and 3,1980, regarding the Staff's suggestion to hold a meeting with all parties in this proceeding in Houston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss each party's contentions, motions for summary disposition, and proposals for a hearing schedule. The meeting will be held on July 10, 1980, at the Trsvelodge Astrodome, 8700 S. Main Street (fonnerly the Ramada Inn) in one of their conference rooms.
Please. inquire at the desk as to where the NRC meeting will be held.
It will commence at 2:00 p.m. and continue until approximately 8:00 p.m. in order that people can attend after their normal working hours.
We hope that all of you will be able to attend since the main purpose of the meeting is to discuss the scheduling of this proceeding after discovery, and it would be beneficial to have everyone's input and suggestions regarding this.important matter.
