Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 TMI-2 Related Requirements In response to your letter of May 7, 1980 concerning the five additional items, Metropolitan Edison Company is continuing its review in detail of each of these items for TMI-I:

I.A.l.3 Shift Manning Met-Ed is currently awaiting receipt from the NRC of re-quirements for implementation in the form of " Separate Cor-respondence" discussed in the NRC's May 7, 1980 letter before completing our evaluation of this issue.
I.A.3.1 Revise Scope and Met-Ed has revised the Operator Criteria for requalification program to 1
License Exami-conform to the requirements nations of the NRC's March 28, 1980 letter.
The associated pro-cedure has been revised and is under review.
