Enclosed please find ten (10) copies of page changes to our currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan and to the submittals noted in References (1) and (2) above.
These changes fall into the following three categories:

Since these changes enhance tl.e effectiveness of the IIFIR Project Nuclear Material Control Program, they are sub-mitted as exempted by 10 CFR Part 70.32 (c).
