July 1980 Update of Federal Civil Emergency Actions Guidelist We are in the process of updating the Federal Civil Energehey Actions Guidelist for July 19SO distribution.
This update should' include the recommendations requested and received from many of you last fall for the January 1980 issue.
As you know, we did not issue a January 1980 issue due to re-organi:ation problems and the like.
In order to plan for this or any future distribution of the checklist., we would like you to review once again the number of conplete copies of Parts I and II that your agency needs and to whom the copies will be mailed.
We show the distribution

copies and will forward these copies to
.eaur offisa for further distribution, unless we get other instructions.
It would help us if you could breakdown this distribution by unit within your agency, with no need to mentton any individuals nor addresses of these subunits.
1 Please note that we are sending complete sets o f Parts I and II, and that you should concern yourself with security, with a " Secret" clearance at least being required.
Please respond to this memorandum by June 20, 1980.
