Attached for your review are copies of a pending license application, favorable Executive Branch views, and proposed license for the export of 36.6 kilograms of uranium, enriched to a maximum of 19.79 percent, in the fom of uranium metal to France for fabrication of fuel assemblies for use in +.he University of Michigan Ford Research Reactor.
Under revised 10 CFR Part 110 regulations, this type o'f export no longer requires Commissioner review. Unless we are advised by your office, within seven working days from the date of this memorandum, of any particular issues which may require further analysis, it is IP's intention to issue a license for the proposed export.
