You requested (October 15, 1979 memorandum enclosed) that we consider the

Region I inspectors' concerns with the NRR Emergency Planning Task Force

actions as a possible Board Hotification item.

We noted that the October 16, 1979 memorandum from the Region I Director requested initiation of dialogue between fiRR, OSP and IE to resolve the

concerns. Since it appears that steps have been taken to correct the p;"
concerns prior to final staff actions it is our opinion that no Board m
flotification is required at this time.
If the matters of concern are not resolved please advise us of those details so that we may reconsider r.;.
