Dear Hal:
With regard to speaking on September 24 at the ALI-ABA Course on Atomic Energy Licensing and Regulation, I have determined to go to the IAEA General Conference that week and so must be struck from your list once again.
However, in this case the bad news (if the above can be termed that) is far exceeded by the good news.
Peter Bradford has graciously agreed to assume say "speakership" for September 24 at the Course.
I think there is great merit in the change.
You will have the superior speaker, and I will be saved the embarrassment of revealing how little I know of the Course subjects.
