Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 Modified Amended Physical Security Plan Enclosed please find 50 copies of Revision 6D of the Three Mile Island Modified Amer.ded Physical Security Plan.
This revision updates the status of hardware items in Appendix I of April 2, 1980.
Due to supply and installation difficulties which were encountered during system revisions of the Video Motion Detection (VMD) equipment, an extension is requested until October 30, 1980.
These revisions will add VMD video output and audible alarms to the secondary alarm station.
Revision 6D should be included in your existing copies by removing the existing Appendix I and replacing it with the new Appendix I.
The pages which are removed j
should be destroyed.
