NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO SHOLLY MOTION TO WITHDRAW CONTENTION On June 10, 1980, Steven Sholly filed "Intervenor Steven C. Sholly Motion To Withdraw Contention #16" (Motion).
In the Motion, Mr. Sholly moved the Board to permit him to withdraw his contention number 16 dealing with the Licensee's security at TMI-1, contingent upon a commitment from the Licensee which is described in the Motion. The Staff does not oppose the Motion.
