Dear Mr. Grier:
The FitzPatrick Plant and its Architect-Engineer have completed and attach, as Enclosure 1, the second phase of the response to the subject bulletin. As noted in our letter of May 23, 1980, the report has been revised to include a system index and cross reference for simplification.
In addition, an equipment qualification plan has been added to Section 01 of the report which contains a number of clarifying paragraphs and a description of the use of the report.
It should be noted. also that a number of incomplete items are listed in the report. The majorey of these incomplete items require information from the General Electric Company which the FitzPatrick plant staff expects to receive in September,1980.
