Thank you for your letter of April 22, 1980, in response to our letter dated March 28, 1980. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. Jay M. Hawkinson during a telephone call on May 1, 1980, is needed.
Specifically:

Please provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken to correct and prevent recurrence of your Quality Assurance Program's inadequacy in the area of audits.
This refers to Item D, of the Notice of Deviation.
2.
Please provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken C ansure that gram gauges, feeler gauges, torque wrenches and torque
-screwdrivers are presently within acceptable limits.
This refers to Item E. of the Notice of Deviation.
Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
