This revised manual incor-porates the commitments generated to date that are incorporated in the
" Consolidated Description of the Quality Assurance Program," as submitted to Mr. Stello on April 28, 1980. In addition, it contains the resolution of comments generated by the NRC Region III staff on their review of the previous Project Quality Assurance Manual.
This Project Quality Assurance Manual has been approved for use by Public Service of Indiana management, as evidenced by the approval cignatures therein.
The Project Management Procedures and the ASME Quality Assurance Manual will be reviewed for consistency with the Project Quality Assurance Manual.
You will be advised accordingly upon completion of this task.
