During the recent review meeting, I mentioned that some of the licensing references need to be updated.
To enable this, I'm enclosing (a) an annotated list of current licensing guides and (b) various licensing guides and references that should be available to license reviewers. Also enclosed is an inspection guide for teletherapy.
If you find that you are missi_ng any licensing guides, let me know and we'll furnish them. Also attached are comments on the NYC Standard Licensing Conditions.
