Reference is made to Modification No. Eight (08) to this contract which authorized the Contractor to proceed with performance of Subtask 2 entitled, " Revisions to the Draft EIS Based on NRC Staff and External Comments." Paragraph 0. of Modification No. Eight (08) states that the Subtask 2 effort wilt be completed "..

This Modification No. Nine (09) hereby deletes the completion date of " April 15, 1980," and substitutes " July 1, 1980."
