In response to your letter, Reference (b), Maine Yankee is providing inforuation pertaining to fuel inspection programs conducted at Maine Yankee.
These programs have been concluded and the attached reports compiled for your information.
"End of Cycle 4 Fuel and CEA Eddy Current Inspection Report 1980 Maine Yankee Refueling Outage", CEN-129(M)-P; and
" Maine Yankee EOC-4 Summary of Fuel Inspection Results", CEN-131(M)-P The data contained in the above rep rts is considered proprietary by Combustion Engineering, Inc., and you are hereby requested to withhold this information from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790. Affidavits to support Combustion Engineering's request are enclosed for your consideration.
Non-proprietary copies of the above reports will be submitted under a separate cover letter.
