License SNM-1107, Docket 70-1151.
This manual has been completely revised and replaces in its entirety the existing FNMC Manual.
This transmittal is exempt from the fee requirements described in 10CFR170 as these changes were made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70.32C.
Westinghouse requests that the attachment to this letter be with-held from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790 (d).
