Letdown Coolers; Howe-6h-80, dated March 27, 1980 This letter, as was the referenced letter, is an interim 50.55(e) - report concerning the potential overstressed condition in letdown cooler supports.
The analysis of the nossle loads for their effects on the support structure has been completed by B&W, and the loads are confirmed to exceed the allow-able loads. Redesign of the support structure is anticipated to be com-pleted by the end of September.
Another report, eithe interim or final, will be sent on or before October 3
