PETITION FOR RULEMAKING 2-8 TO AMEND THE RULEMAKING PROCEDURE i
The Office of Standards Development concurs with the recomended denial of the l
petition submitted by NRDC/UCS on March 2, 1979.
The Comission Paper does not mention the pending court case (80-1328 United j
states Court of Appeals for the District of Colunbia) that is related to the i
Commission action on the portion of the NRDC/UCS letter of March 2,1979 that j
requested 10 CFR Part 21 be amended.
It is recomended that the pending action j
be mentioned in the Comission Paper.
