MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON SCHEDULE UP TO FINAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE (June 23, 1980)
In our May 22, 1980 memorandum and order, the board adopted a schedule for prehearing events keyed to " days before hearing".
That schedule becomes operative with the service of the NRC staff's Safety Evaluation Report (SER).
The staff has now served the SER on June 16, 1980.
Accordingly, it is appropriate now to set forth the specific dates for the events in the previously adopted schedule through the final prehearing conference, as follows:
June 16, 1980:
SER is served (115 days before hearing in 5/22/80 order).
July 1, 1980:
Events required 100 days before hearing in 5/22/80 order.
July 21, 1980:
Events required 80 days before hearing
