20530 Re: Seabrook Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 & 2 Public Service Company of New Hampshire, et al.

NRC Docket Nos 50-443A & 50-444A

Dear Mr. Kaplan:

In our letter of May 16, 1980 to the Attorney General from Howard K. Shapir, we advised that the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative was being added as a new participant in the Seabrook Nuclear Project. We further stated that under the provisions of 10 CFR 550.33(a)(3) antitrust information was not required to be furnished by this participant since it did not have electrical generation of its own. However, it was our understanding that Public Service Company of New Hampshire intended to provide such information and we thus stated that we would forward it to your office as soon as it became available.

It has recently come to our attention that Public Service Company of New Hampshire does not now intend to file the information in question because of the exemption under our Rules. We acconfingly wish to inform you that this additional information will not be furnished.
