Dear Ms. Thomas:
I am afraid you misapprehended our letter to you of February 21, 1979. That letter was written in the context of your request which appeared relevant to the licensing by the NRC of the Barnwell facility as an away from the reactor spent fael storage facility.
We then told you that we would supply you with material relevant to that licensing.
The documents you list were not generated by this agency in connection with licensing, but by others on the subject of fuel storage generally and other topics. The preparers of those documents are listed in the attachment to your letter as the Department of Energy, the General Accounting Office, and other governmental and private groups.
It is suggested you contact those groups for these documents.
To the extent these documents are available at our public document room at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D. C., you are welcome to examine there.
Further, this agency will reproduce any of these documents it may have, and which are publically available, in accordance with our schedule of fees which is set out in 10 C.F.R. Part 9.
