Appointment of Perfomance Review Board for Senior Executive Service.
SUMMARY
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has announced the roster of names of those persons who will serve on the NRC Perfomance Review Board.
This Board will review and evaluate the initial appraisal of a senior execu-tive's perfomance by the supervisor, along with any response by the senior executive; make recomendations to the appointing authority relative to the performance of the senior executive; and perfom other associated functions for positions within the Senior Executive Service (SES).
The appointments to the board were made pursuant to Section 4314 of Chapter 43 of Title 5 of the United States Code. Members are:
