REQUEST FOR INFORf1ATION The State of Texas Radiation Control Branch has reques'ced a copy of Region III's report on the investigation of a licensee in Rosemont, tiinnesota who is mounting rej2cted military gun sights containing radioactive material on civilian hand guns.

In addition, the State would also like a list of persons who have received these sights.

Please provide the Office of State Programs a copy of the report and list of recipients so that we can forward them to Texas.
