Omaha Public Power District Fort Calhoun Station Docket No. 50-285 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of an NRC investigation conducted May 14-16, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requitements as indicated below:

Section 5.8.1 of your Technical Specification requires that written procedures be established and implemented in accordance with NRC Reg. Guide 1-33, Appendix A, Section 7(e)(2), " Radiation Surveys."

OPPD Standing Order No. T-8 requires that routine surveys be con-ducted each month in Room 15A.

Contrary to the above, no survey was conducted during the month of April 1980.

This is an infraction.
