In accordance with the precedures cutlined in the Federal Register cn October 1, 1979 (44 FR 56408) oral or written statements may be presented by

Persons desiring to make oral statements should notify the Designatec Fecaral Ealcyee as far in advance as practicable so that appropriate arrangements can be made to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.

(2) Proposed revisions to A) 10 CFR Part 55, "0?erators' Licenses" and
- 3) 10 CFR Part 50, " Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities" (Pre Comment) 80062405W
