Dear Sir:
In our letter dated June 13, 1980 we submitted our draft responses to NRC questions (also responses to Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) questions] on the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan.
In that letter we requested the h2C Staff support for a meeting with-Portland General Electric Company (PGE) and the ODOE on June 26-27 or the week of June 30 through July 3.
The purpose of this letter is to further request the attendance of Mr. Charles Caskin at a meeting with PGE and the ODOE in our offices in Porciand, Oregon, in that time period (June 26-27 or June 30 through July 3).
It is expected to be a one day meeting, but allowance should be made for a second day if necessary.
It is important to meet with the NRC and the ODOE to coordinate our responses to the areas of concern of both agencies.
It is necessary to meet prior to July 3, 1980 in order for the ODOE to properly summarize the status of the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan for the regular monthly Energy Facility Siting Council meeting on July 11.
