Dear Mr. Saltzman:

This is to report two similar incidents which occurred at our Ft. St. Vrain Station on May 1 and June 17, 1980.

  • Due to a malfunction in the helium circulator system, there was a minute release of radioactivty in the reactor building. The safety of the employees was not jeopard:.ted and there was no radiation released into tne atmosphere. At no time was there any hazard to the public.
