Alabama Power Company has, in accordance with the guidelines contained in Mr. R. L. Tedesca's letter dated June 13, 1980, developed emergency operating procedure FNP-2-EOP-15 0 which describes actions to be taken in the event of an anticipated transient without scram (ATWS). This procedure is available for NRC review at Farley Nuclear Plant.
