Dear Sir:
Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 59, Revision 2 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This license change has been determined to be a Class III amendment in accor-dance with the criteria of 10 CFR 70.22.
This change involves a single issue with specific NRC positions already existing and met by this amendment. This change has been deemed to not involve a significant safety hazard. Action on this issue was initiated prior to the effective date of 10 CFR 170; therefore, no fee is required.
PGE has transmitted a copy of this request to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 59, Revision 2 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
