This is responsive to your letter of May 30, 1980 inquiring as to the status of the consideration of the proposed settlement in these dockets.
Af'ter considerable study and discussion between Board members, the decisional process is entering its final phase. Rough drafts of formal decision are under review. However, due to the demands of other cases upon the time of Board members, I am unable to predict a date for issuance of formal decision.
