The Babcock 6 Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant request amendment of the FNMC Plan regarding the use of an emission spectrometric technique for isotopic measurements. Accordingly, a check for $150 is attached to cover the administrative licensing fee.
Attachment I to this letter describes the request and the need and basis for the change. The appropriate revised pages from the FNMC Plan are also included with Attachment I.
