Radia-tion and contamination survey results were below regulatory limits, refer-enced in 10 CFR 71, and the packages had been verified by the shippers to be in acceptable form and condition. NRC Region II personnel confirmed by telephone conversation on March 26, 1980, with a Chem Nuclear Systems representative, that the shipment had been received in acceptable form and

The counting was performed by Helgeson Nuclear Services. Of the seven counts performed on seven individuals, one result was positive, with a result of 42 micro gram U-235.
This level does not indicate exposure to airborne radioactivity in excess of limits specified in 10 CFR 20.103.
Licensee management stated that termination reports would be submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 19.13(d) and 10 CFR 20.408. Copies of the tenmina-tion reports were received in the NRC Region II office on April 18, 1980.
