We have recently completed a review of the material control and accounting requirements applicable to your plutonium plant License SNM-ll74. Based on this review, we have detemined that the reporting requirements of License Condition 6.1 are no longer necessary. Accordingly, we are revising Amendment MPP-3 to your License No. SNM-ll74, effective imediately, to delete License Condition 6.1.
We note that the report for the month of April also includes a reference to License No. SNM-928. Since there is no current safeguards amendment for the uranium facility covered by this License, a monthly loss report is not required.
