Dear Mr. Keppler:

In response to IE Bulletin No. 80-05, Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) through its architect - engineer and NSSS vendor is presently evaluating the adequacy of measures to protect against vacuum damage to tanks which have a potential for release of radioactive material.

This evaluation is not yet complete and PSI therefore, requests an extension to July 9, 1980, to complete this evaluation and respond to the subject Bulletin. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
