This letter responds to Mr. J. A. Hind's letter of April 17, 1980 which we received April 21, 1980, and which transmitted to us the subject IE Report containing items enclosed in Appendix A to the letter where certain of our activites appeared to be in non-compliance with NRC requirements.
The attachment to this letter contains our written statements in explanation of the aforementioned items. The subject matter of the attachment contains infonnation which is proprietary and con-sidered exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790; thus, it is requested that the attachment be withheld from the public document room.
