Dear Mr. Farnell:
Consumer Power Company's recent answer to the NRC Staff's motion for an amended notice of hearing and the Company's Answer to the Notice of Hearing in the Construction Permit Modification proceeding noticed at 45 Federal Register 18214, March 20, 1980, has been incorrectly served upon the Midland Construction Permit board (Marshall E. Miller, Esq., Chairman) and not at all upon the board members designated in the Notice of Hearing.
In future filings please indicate for the proceeding noticed at 45 Federal Register 18214 the docket numbers followed by the letters "0M" (as above) to distinguish this proceeding from the Operating License proceeding (OL) and the other Midland procecdings.
I have requested the Chief, Docketing and Service Section, Office of the Secretary, to follow this designation for our records and to add the parties in the Operating License proceeding to the "0M" service list.
