Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Recovery Operations Plan Change Request No. 1 Enclosed is the Recovery Operations Plan Change Request No. I regarding the elimination of the B0P diesels and the 13.2 kv line surveillance requirements.
This change request is made subsequent to Technical Specification Change Request No. 22 which requested the removal of the BOP diesels and the 13.2 kv line from the Technical Specifications.

Reasons for Chance Re:ues With the submission of a request for removal frc= the Recovery Technical Specifications (Limiting Conditions of Operation) of the 30P diesels and the 13.2 kv circuit from :he Middletown Junc: ion Station, the licensee requests t
removal of the related surveillance requirements from the Recovery Operations Plan.
The removal is necessary because the loads which these sources covered can new be acco=nodated by utilization of existing Combustion Turbines, transmissien and distribution equiptent and the TMI-II auxiliary transformers.
