DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 Appendix I Technical Specifications Enclosed please find a copy of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, the Process Control Program, and the figures for Gaseous Effluent Release Points and the Liquid Effluent Outfalls for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station. These enclosures are to supplement our submittal of October 30, 1979 (GOL 1315). Please note that sections 5.0 and 6.0 have not been provided because specifications 3.11.1.3 and 3.11.2.4 remain unresolved.
