Dear Mr. Rusche:
On May 28, 1975, we reported to Mr. E. Morris Howard, Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region IV, an environmental occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 concerning an increase in chemical para-meters across the plant in excess of Environmental Technical Specifica-tion limits. Attached is our report as required by Environmental Technical Specification 5.6.2.
