My co:::ments on the Environmental Report for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 are as follows: Page 10, naragraph 1c(4) - Land Uce. The paragraph beginning a. at the tottom of page 10 shoulti be rewritten to state that lakes and streams are stocked with fish by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Arkansan Germe and Fish Commission. b. Page 2-2, Anpendix J, naragraph J2b - Havigational Effects from Cooling Tover Plume. The Arkansas Power and Iicht Comcany should state its responsibility if fog develops that vould be hasardous to navigation and pleasure boating. Come suggestions to improvq other areas of the report are inclosed for your consideration. I. Tne following topics should be included in this discussion: 4 a. Agriculture usage. i b. Residential developments and urban arcas. c. Recreational usage. d. Co=creial and other usage. 2. Page h0, varagranh 3a - Land Use Comentibility. I am of the opinion' that the impact of the nuclear generating plant will extend beyond the boundaricc of the 1,100 acre plant site.
