p,i The supplement to the Arkansas Nuclear One Unit 1 Environmental Report inclosed with your letter to the Chief of Engineers, dated 9 november 1971, has been referred to me for action. Mr coments are as follows:

a.

Page 10, last varagraph. This paragraph implies that the Corps of Engineers stocks the lakes and streams with fish. It should be rewritten to state that stocking of the lakes and streams is accomplished by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and t.he Arkansas Game and Fish Comission.

b.

The report should include a discussion pertaining to fog caused by the heated discharge and its potential effect on navigation and pleasure boating.

I appreciate the opportunity to review the report and hope that these comments will assist in preparing the Environmental Impact Statement for this prop-cal.
