Basic 'Information The liquid radwaste system performance at Arkansas Nuclear One Unit I may L3 summarized generally as within and per committments delineated in Mr. D. L. Ziemann's letter to Mr. J. D. Phillips of December 2,1976, and specifically as noted below:

1. The Spent Resin Tank (T-13) contained approxit ;ely 317 cubic feet of .

resin on 12/31/77.

2. Resins were changed when DF's indicated degraded demineralizer per-formance.

3. All three demineralizers were used in series to ensure releases were ALARA.

4. No liquid shipments were made offsite after 10/19/76.

For the 4th quarter of 1977, the total curies released from ANO-1 in liquid effluents (excluding tritium and dissolved ga ss) was 1.225 curies.
