ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE-UNIT 1 DOCKET N0. 50-313 PROVISIONAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT N0. CPPR-57 APPLICATION FOR RENWEAL OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
Dear Mr. Giambusso:
We hereby apply for an extension of time for completion of Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1, as covered by Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-57.
The original Provisional Construction Permit has July 1,1972 as a latest date of completion of the facility.
The delay in completion of the facility is primarily due to late delivery of Major Reactor System Components. A corresponding delay resulted in other phases of the construction and the overall effect caused a shift in the fuel loading date of approximately nine (9) months from July 1972 to April 1973.
We hereby request that the latest date of completion of the facility specified in Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-57 be extended from July 1,1972 to July 1,1973.
