NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENOMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE pi The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the C' omission) has issued Amendment No.16 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 issued to Sacramento Munic: pal Utility District, which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, located in Sacramento County, California.
The mendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment _to the Technical Specifications changes the surveillance testing of the reactor internal vent valves.
The application for the amendment com: lies with the standards and requirenents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations. The Comission has m
r.ade appropriate findings as reouf red by the Act and the Com-ission's

rules and regulatiens in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license a endment.
