Dear Sir:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby proposes to amend its Operating License DPR-54 for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1, by submitting forty (40) copies of Addendum No. I to the above referenced amendment.
Proposed Amendment No. 32 contained changes to Rancho Seco Unit No. 1 Technical Specifications Sections 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, and 4.16 in conformance with the Standard Technical Speci-ficiations.
Addendum No. I to this amendment provides corrections in accordance with USNRC ROT Standard M-16-IT, issued in October 1973, rather than the Standard issued in June 1972, and the Final Safety Analysis Report for Rancho Seco Unit No. 1.
These changes correct the inlet methyl iodide concentratio'n, relative humidity and temperature values required in the laboratory analyses.
R. Colombo and Mr. V. Rooney have had several discussions to properly revise this amendment to values presently being used by testing laboratories. This addendum is the result of their September 16, 1975 conversation.
