Dear Mr. Giambusso:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59, the Sacra:nento Municipal Utility District is submitting Amendment No. 32. This amer.dment follows the original correspondence with Mr. Bart Buckley and Dr. Vern Rooney of your staff during our February 6,1975 meeting in Washington, D. C.
The Proposed Amendment No. 32 contains changes to the Rancho Seco Unit No.1 Technical Specifications in compliance with your request to modify our license to meet the context of the Standard Technical Specifications.
The following changes are submitted:
1.
Section 4.10, " Control Room Ventilation System," has been completely rewritten to conform to the Standard Technical Specifications' Surveillance Standards as applicable to Rancho Seco No. 1.
2.
Section 4.11, " Reactor Building Purge System," has been complete a rewritten to conform to the Standard Technical Specifications' Surveillance Standards as applicable to Rancho Seco No. 1.
3.
Section 4.12, " Reactor Building Emergency Filtering System,"
has been completely rewritten to conform to the Standard Technical Specifications' Surveillance Standards as applicable to Rancho Seco No. 1.
