REFERENCE:
K. R. Goller letter to R. E. Heineman, " Post-LOCA Baron Concentration and ECCS Reviews", dated August 20, 1975 As footnoted in the enclosure to the reference letter, the schedule for the review of the Appendix K analysis for Rancho Seco was listed on the assumption that the Appendix K analysis need not be approved prior to or in conjunction with authorizing the currently pending increase in power level to full power. We have concluded that the Appendix X analysis should be approved prior to the power level increase. Therefore, the reference letter should be corrected to show a major licensing action date of October 15, 1975 for Rancho Seco.
