Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on December 15-18, 1975, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
Contrary to Criterion 17 of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, the Rancho Seco Final Safety Analysis Report, Sections IB.l.7.c,18.1.17 and 18.2.2, and SMUD Quality Assurance procedures, QAP's Nos. 6 and 10, records of material receiving inspections were not being maintained for inspections per-formed on Class 1 material. Reports (RIDR) had not been completed or maintained to document in-spections performed on spare parts No. 4788 and No. 011140, both parts having been designated Class 1 material on the procurement documents.
This item is a deficiency.
